Believing is Receiving

I just finished reading a book that taught me a little something about living. It states that your goals control your circumstance; your circumstance does not control your goals. I can be whom I want. I can have what I want. I can go and do and live and dream so large and wildly that nothing in this world will hold me back. If I want to be an astronaut, I can be a man on the moon. If I want to visit foreign lands, I can settle in with the monarchs of England or the monks in China. I can own an Audi. I can buy a house. I can run a company. Hell, I can start a company. I can be who I want, do what I want, go where I want, and have what I want. The universe will provide. It always has and it always will. Rely on the positive energy force field that surrounds your life to bring you the things that you want and need. Trust that the universe will protect, heal, provide, nourish, and care for you as its child. Trust in it and it will reward you. If you want to go on a lavish vacation to Italy but you’re as broke as a college freshmen in their first semester away from home, just tell yourself that you have the resources to make your trip happen and stick to that fact. If you believe you have the resources even if you don’t, you will somehow find them or they will find you. Stay positive, trust that you can have the things you desire, and the universe will align to allow things to fall into place. Like my dad always said on Christmas Eve as we awaited for Santa’ arrival, “If you don’t believe, you don’t receive.” That phrase rings true for excited children on Christmas as well as adults seeking a better life for themselves. Believing is receiving.
